Diversion to Non Geographic Numbertop
Diversion to Non Geographic Number is a standard service which allows you to change the termination number for your Non Geographic Number.
0845 diversion simply means that 0845 xxx xxxx is diverted to (pointed at) any Non Geographic / Premium number (or any other number that does not fall into the category of Mobile, International or Land Line numbers). For example:
0845 XXX XXXX can be diverted to 0845 4564567 (Local Rate)
0845 XXX XXXX can be diverted to 0870 4564567 (National Rate)
0845 XXX XXXX can be diverted to 0702 4564567 (Personal Number YAC)

Description: With Direct Diversion to Voicemail, all calls received by your telephone number will be diverted directly to your voicemail box.

With this service, you do not need to have a land line or mobile phone number to receive calls through your phone number.

1. A dedicated 0845 number through which you will access your voicemail service.
2. Your account access (PIN)
3. Detailed instructions on how to access and manage your voicemail and voicemail services

When Busy Routingtop
Description: When your primary land line number is engaged or there is no answer after 'X' number of rings, this service will divert the incoming call to another UK Land Line Number(s). You can nominate 3 (or less) UK Land Line numbers for the “When busy” diversion service.
'X' number of rings - You can specify how many times your phone will ring before the call is diverted to the next nominated land line number. Default number of rings is 4.
How it works: If the primary termination UK Land Line number is busy, the call will be diverted to the UK Land Line number supplied under Option 1. If Option 1 number is busy, the call will be diverted to the UK Land Line number supplied under Option 2, and so on…
 
When Busy/No Answer - Divert to Voicemailtop
Description: When your primary land line number is engaged or there is no answer after 'X' number of rings, this service will divert the incoming call to voicemail.
'X' number of rings - You can specify how many times your phone will ring before the call is diverted to voicemail, default number of rings is 7.

1. A dedicated 0845 number through which you will access your voicemail service.
2. Your account access (PIN)
3. Detailed instructions on how to access and manage your voicemail and voicemail services

Call Whispertop
Description: Call Whisper service will revolutionise your call handling by informing you that the caller is calling your non geographic number and all this before you even answer the call. Once you know the incoming call is from your non geo number you can choose to answer it or let it go to Voicemail if you have Voicemail service enabled. Call Whisper is available as add-on to our other services.
If the Call Whisper service is enabled our system will play our standard or your pre-recorded message to you as the recipient of the incoming call. This feature will allow you to distinguish between incoming private and business calls for example or between different 0845 numbers if you have more than one. Every number you have with us can have a separate or the same Whisper message. The caller will just hear the phone ringing and will be completely unaware that the whisper message is being played to you.

You can take advantage of our default Call Whisper message which simply reads out your 0845 number to you or you can create your own custom recorded Whisper message. Recording a custom Whisper is very easy using your computer or any other equipment capable of recording WAV or MP3 format sound file.

How it Works:
1. Use our default Call Whisper message. If your number is for example "0845 519 9999", when you answer the call our system will say "Incoming Call for: 08 Number." before the call is actually connected to you.

2. Record your own personal Call Whisper message. This is useful if you prefer to have your own Whisper message. You could for example upload your own recording to say "My Business Ltd"

3. Auto-Connect the incoming call or Accept/Reject the incoming call. By default Call Whisper will automatically connect the call to you after the Whisper message is played. However you have the ability to setup Call Whisper service to require you to press a key on your phone keypad before the call is connected to you. This kind of setup lets you choose whether to answer the call or just let it ring or just let it go to voicemail if you have voicemail enabled.

4. Enable or Disable Whisper service.
 
Dial-In Plan Switchertop
Description: Dial-In Plan Switcher service enables you to divert your NGN number to another UK land line number at any time, anywhere, immediately, without contacting us. You can nominate 3 (or less) UK Land Line numbers for the Dial-In Plan Switcher services.
After your order has been processed and the service activated, you will receive:
1. A dedicated 0870 number through which you will access your Dial-In Plan Switcher platform
2. Your company identifier number and PIN
3. Detailed instructions on how to access and manage your Dial-In Plan Switcher account
For your convenience you can view, print and email these instructions from our on-line control panel at any time.

How it Works: You may wish to switch between different, predefined, UK land line numbers at your convenience and have the change applied immediately.
For example:
    Call Plan 0: 0207 XXX XXX (office in London)
    Call Plan 1: 0161 XXX XXX (office in Manchester)
    Call Plan 2: 0141 XXX XXX (office in Glasgow)

By default, when your Dial-In Plan Switcher service is first activated calls received by your phone number will be diverted to (pointed at) the UK Land Line number under Call Plan 0 (in this example to the office in London). Should you wish to receive calls in another office, let's say Manchester, you would call a dedicated 0870 number, key in your account number and pin and then choose another call plan (in this example call plan 1). After few seconds, when someone calls your telephone number, calls will be received by your Manchester Office.
 
Time of Day Routingtop
Description: Time of Day Routing service enables you to divert your Non Geographic Number to 3 (or less) UK Land Line numbers depending on the hour of the day.
How it works: You may wish to divert your Non Geographic Number to your office land line number from 9:00h – 17:30h and all other times to your home land line number.
 
STD Area Code Routingtop
Description: STD Area Code Routing service enables you to route calls to different locations based upon the calling party's STD area code (physical location). This is normally used for routing customers to your nearest branch office or sales outlet.
The system works by examining the STD area code of the calling party (out of a possible 650 STD codes) and then routing the call to the appropriate diversion number for your office as specified by you.
How it works: If you receive a call from a client based in London (0208/0207) you could route the call to your London office. If, however, the client calls your number from Manchester (0161), you could route the call to your Manchester office. You would also have the option to route any other unspecified/unknown location to your central office.
 
Reports and Statisticstop
Basic Reports and Statistics are free with 0800/0870 numbers only and they feature:

   1. Total number of calls for each month.
   2. Total duration of calls for each month.
   3. Total monthly rebate you may have with your numbers.

Advanced Reports and Statistics are not free and are activated on request for 0845 or 0870 numbers. Advanced reports and statistics feature:

   1. Caller Geographic Location.
   2. Total number of calls for each month.
   3. Total duration of calls for each month.
   4. Total monthly rebate you may have with your numbers.
   5. Date of call for each call received.
   6. Time of call for each call received.
   7. Duration of call for each call received.
   8. First 8 digits of Caller ID for each call received.
